A Difficult Day

RIP Chedda

Today, I had to take Chedda to the vet to be euthanized. It’s such a hard decision to make. He was a wonderful spirit and has been a great source of comfort. However, his poor body could no longer sustain him.

Thank you to the veterinarian and technicians who were so compassionate.

  1. Marilyn , I know it must have been a really tough choice for you but I’m sure Chedda knew it was his time and was thankful for your helping him pass gently. So sad but it’s the price we pay as pet owners for the joy they bring us. Chedda had a most wonderful life and couldn’t have had better, loving ‘parents’ than you and Richard! Whatever is on the other side of the veil, he’s cuddling with Richard now! Thinking of you ~ Carol xoxo

  3. Oh I am so sorry to hear about Chedda. Pets are so much a part of our lives. I absolutely empathise with you. I know he must have had much love from you and a great life. Sheila xx
